Field / Native Mowing
Do you need the native areas of your property cut back and cleaned up? A&R Open Land Mowing provides one time or regular native mowing of large properties, including residential properties with more than 2 acres.
We cover Castle Rock, Sedalia, and Parker down to Fountain for any field mowing services.
Retention / Detention Pond Maintenance
We can provide retention and detention pond maintenance through mowing down native, clearing out weeds and debris, or re-digging areas for better water flow.
This should be done 1-2x per year to keep up with any growth or accumulated debris.
We will come onsite to see the area and what’s involved to provide a custom estimate.
Grounds Maintenance
In general, a grounds maintenance contract covers mowing turf, stick edging where turf meets a concrete edge, blowing and clearing off any walkways, driveways, entrances, and hardscapes to keep a clean, finished appearance. Weeding is also checked and performed during each site visit. Turf management is an additional option for controlling weeds and improving the health of the grass. By season, clean-ups are performed to remove any debris and prep the property for the next season. This can include pruning of applicable plant material for that time of year.

Irrigation Services
We provide commercial irrigation services as needed or with regular occurrences.

Trimming and Pruning
We can provide one time or regular tree trimming and pruning of applicable plant material for the season.

When there isn’t enough snow, and sometimes even with snow that melts too quickly, continued watering is necessary to keep plants alive through the season. Regular winter watering can prolong the life and improve the health and growth come spring time.
