I started A&R Open Land Mowing LLC in the fall of 2019. I owned a landscape company for 8 years in Connecticut before getting a job with a large landscape company, in which I transferred to Colorado with. Seeing what the corporate life was like was not for me. I wanted to get back to being my own boss and having one on one relationships with clients and being able to take action when needed. My goal is to spend the needed time on a property to make sure the details are just right, rather than focusing on the clock.

Our Simple Three-Step Process
Contact our office to schedule a property walk through and free estimate! Each property is unique, and the best way to customize a plan for your requested work is to have feet on the ground to obtain a full picture of the scope of work.
Walkthrough
During the walkthrough, pictures will be taken of the property depending on the work being requested. This is a good time to indicate your areas of focus, what past service providers may not have done well with previously, or point out any specific items custom to your property.
Estimate or Proposal
We will then compile an estimate for the scope of work to be completed or a contract proposal for ongoing work. This will be sent to you by email and will require a signature for the work to be scheduled. This ensures both the company and our customers are protected!
Completion
The job or contract will be completed. If the job was a one-time service, maintenance services are also available and a contract proposal can be put together to continue services. Otherwise, please send us your testimonial for the services and work provided! We hope to work with you again soon.
